When Rachael and Paul first contacted me about photographing their wedding day at the Beverly Mansion, they described the vision they had for their wedding as "a relaxed, but gorgeous environment, filled with a lot of food, conversation, dancing, laughter, and love." It was such a joy to not only be a part of their day, but to see how perfectly and beautifully it unfolded exactly as they had been hoping and planning for so long!
I loved every detail that comprised this day. Paul wrote a series of several sweet letters to his bride, which he arranged for her to be given at different points throughout her morning preparations. Swoon! Rachael was absolutely stunning in her dress with its gorgeous lace back and train -- and Paul's reaction during their first look says it all! During their beautiful outdoor ceremony, Paul played the guitar and sang to his bride as she walked down the aisle. Rachael and Paul exchanged personally written vows with each other, and Rachael read vows to Paul's two children, officially taking on the title of "bonus mom" to them. So many happy tears!
After the ceremony, the party truly began! Guests strolled through the grand, historic rooms of the mansion to fill their plates with cuisine from Italy, Mexico, Greece, and the US. Rachael and Paul's parents and kids were all included in their special dances, which kicked off a night of dancing and fun that lasted for hours!
Rachael and Paul, your wedding day was perfect and filled with so much love that it just exudes through every moment! Thank you so much for giving me the honor of capturing all these memories for you!
